The position of Climber at Caldwell Tree Care carries the responsibilities of supporting Arborists and Crew Leads by providing safe, ANSI-compliant climbing techniques in support of specific job assignments and assisting grounds crew members when necessary.

The position of Intern Tree Climber at Caldwell Tree Care carries the responsibilities of supporting Arborists and Crew Leads by providing safe, ANSI-compliant climbing techniques in support of specific job assignments and assisting grounds crew members when necessary. This is a paid internship.

A Caldwell Tree Care Plant Health Care Technician is responsible for implementing integrated pest management techniques to promote healthy tree and shrubs. The Plant Healthcare Technician uses chemical and cultural control to address issues such as insect and disease pests, soil nutrient deficiencies, or plant injury utilizing a variety of different methods.

The Arborist Sales Representative is responsible for all facets of client management including, but not limited to, targeted marketing campaigns through maintaining and developing new and existing relationships. This position will be responsible for following company protocol as it pertains to the accuracy of billing and estimating jobs sold and will also work directly with crew leaders to ensure the accuracy and quality of the work performed.
